Watching Lone Survivor; Im reminded of the special bond between service members in the US military. I was in no way comparable to a navy seal; I was an administrative asst in the USAF. I learned early on though that I was a part of a team effort; one could not succeed without the other. A very intelligent MSgt taught me as an A1C that my job was to help any Officer I worked for look his/her best and assist in their success! U couldnt have a good officer without a good NCO and vice versa. I worked at the 61st Tactical training Squadron which mission was to train the top 1% of pilots to fly F-16. When Desert Storm began; my commander, an F-4 pilot in Vietnam, said I wish I could go in there place! I had worked for my commander for 2 1/2 years and I had never seen him so somber!
