Watching cops drives me nuts !! People are so ignorant an even stupid if they just kept their mouth shut or was not so scared they wouldnt have been caught i mean il be honest here im not like super beat the law type of dude i believe in people needing policed but the key point is you have rights an if we dont use what makes this county so great our rights then all the people who have fought to keep this country free was in vain, i mean i could argue this several ways an with several different arguments an so i want to let everyone know on my fb so i dont see anyone of you on cops an have me yelling at the tv lol On being pulled over you do not have to let the cops search your car you have the right to say No an if your calm like hey man i believe in my rights im cool on you all searching an i dont have time at that so charge me with what you feel i have done an let me go, also when the cops pull you over for any type of traffic related charges that does not give them a right to search you only if they have reason to believe backed with evidence of that does it give them a right according to the law, ok so here is another tip dui is a serious charge now of days an can really screw you up i dont drink an drive because i care about my freedom an others familys i couldnt stand living with destroying someones family because i wanted to not plan for a few drinks or to go get smashed maybe its just cause im not to big on drinking but either way its simple to grab ur beer go home an stay, go to the bar bring a friend pretty simple ok now that u have patiently waited for my tip through my lecture in hopes it may bring some sense to someone on dui here is the tip if a cop smells beer or sees you swerving an pulls you over get this you have the right to NOT take his tests, your reason can be simple you feel the tests are unfair an that you dont trust his judgment no offense when you personaly have seen cops book charges just for the raise an brownie points no offense officer i dont know you but i refuses your tests to just avoid the whole problem so get this if u refuse the tests he has limited options here one he cant charge u dui cause has no evidence u refused to provide that remember the only way u can get a dui is if you provide the evidence an u have the to say no weakest case if somehow the cop was dumb enough to charge u anyway say based off smell you do a jury trial an ur fine not a bench trial but jury always jury screw what ur lawyer is saying he works for them first before anyone your. Second hired party the courts he has to live with an the cost difference is a Good amount so say he charged u off smell prove that smell came from your mouth an not the car or clothes spilt on you an yes it sounds like a lot of work but that dui is hell on your ls so its really worth it the cop when not provided any evidence has little choices he can apply for a search warrant of your blood by then it will be gone because that blood is urs an based off his judgment not likely to be granted anyway u dont need to give him excuses for your behavior that is how he builds evidence so playing hard ball is normally the best when its dui instead of saying a few drinks or prescription or whatever cause thats evidence an admitting to it so its a sure dui an just because u swerved when all do an have but it normally takes three lefts of center to be considered possible dui so the cop is forced to either let you go with your left of center or well thats it see how that works lol without you providing the evidence its really hard to get a dui so this may have just been worth reading huh what else was i going to say...?? Hmm idk but really you have rights an you pay for those an so does our vets use em people cops take advantage of these so they can get a raise they double charge to ensure cop outs an most play dirty for that raise dont be a victims of some thirsty cop make them earn it if they want remember say no to searches even when u have nothing cause likely they will log that an may help when u do an if ur drinking an driving but not shattered enough for the cop to get that evidence by ur actions likely your almost ok to drive if its that important i dont agree with it but if u are just say No an speak very little best time to shut up an listen to them an answer with simple answers take ur time because it could take away a hell of a lot more an the best reason is always i am sorry officer i just don trust you guys anymore to judge me or play fair due to all that i have seen when asked what u have seen say utube videos lol ok im done your welcome il likely en up deleting this just because of my business but do like so others read it an this info is shared it is you right after all to know .
