Watching from the sidelines as an election passed and just reading the general, wounded, hurtful nonsense people post on here, my only thoughts on it are: Please, forgive me. Forgive me for every bit of venom I ever spewed. Forgive me for every angry, poisonous rant. Forgive me for every time I lashed out or back at anyone and struck down and outwitted their sad, angry words or ideas with more anger and more pain. Forgive me for every time I showed any other emotion than love and compassion to anyone. Forgive my open, festering wounds. Forgive me and find peace that every bit of it I ever put out there has come back on me and my family, my children and other people I hold dear, 100-fold, or more. Please know that I forgive you and your poison and your wounds. We have all shared the same bad dream whether we admit it, whether we realize it. I refuse to live in that dream anymore. I will not drag my children, or your children or anyone else into it anymore. Please, forgive me. Goodbye. Goodbye to the shared nightmare. Goodbye to Karma. Evil does not exist.
