Watching people in the gym over the past few years that dont have proper form, dont complete the full range of motion and give up when they have 2 more reps in them has re-iterated the fact that built into some peoples psyche is the strength to give up, to not go beyond ones limits, to stop when it hurts too much, to not yonder into the unknown, to show caution when things get too tough. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! If you have such strong will to give up so easily you have the will inside of you to NEVER give up, NEVER quit and NEVER hold back your potential. Push yourself to new heights and dont be afraid of whats on the other side of that next rep, that next lap, that next sprint, that next mile. Cause every rep counts and while you are giving up, someone somewhere else is pushing past your limits. Dont be average, be the best YOU can be!
