Water issues at the Robertson Prison unit lead to an officer assault. The Senior Warden told me that the city notified him that their water levels were dropping. He followed proper protocol and certain operations changed at the prison, causing inmates to be frustrated. He tells us thats when an inmate started a fire, leading to the officer being attacked.
