When then shall this village, constituency, county....develop. are we not just like those in semi and arid area like mandera. Where is press to show the rest of Kenya what we go through about 50km from Nairobi. Senator Wamatangi, the Christmas message does not make sense without water. We have been promised many things but its taking too long....meanwhile we continue to pay standing charges on our meters.can we have a long lasting solution. Desperate citizen.
