Water you know you are supposed to be drinking more than you do, do you know why? Drinking water is essential to every organ of the body. Water flushes out toxins, carries nutrients to cells, lubricates your joints, and regulates body functions. Keeping hydrated will eliminate a false feeling of hunger. Drink water before eating snacks or meals to keep hydration levels optimal and ward off deceiving hunger pangs that are really signs of thirst. Add fruit to your water, lemon, lime, berries. No sugar though, artificial or natural - that sabotages staying hydrated. The natural sugars from the fruit will sweeten the water.
