Today’s topic is sub-standard stuff, used by|0859| bye/bye the insurance industry, as I recall an old class-action lawsuit, against an insurance company/insurance companies/manufacturer, whatever, witch/vich/-^- I got whiff of, so I joined it. It was my first class-action lawsuit, and my first dealings with a USA/usa adjuster, and a contracted, con-tractor, working fer the defendant - the losers of the class-action, lawsuit. All for one/1, and one/won/1, 4 all. I’ll post my post, witch/vich/-^- I had to post last night/morning/mourning to avvo, to get free legal advice, to track down the culprits, the losers, of said class-action lawsuit, witch/vich/-^-, was my first class-action lawsuit experience: -ouch-. It was unpleasant dealing with their contractor(s), and he fought me tooth & nail, when I demanded, as I was allowed to do, as per the law/verdict, to use copper to replace the gray pipe, witch/vich/-^- was sub-standard material used in a wack of mobile homes, including mine, thus, I joined the class-action lawsuit, witch/-vich/-^- was a done deal, yowza, but/butt, it wasn’t. I had a fight on my hands to insist on replacing the junk they used, |0907| with a product, I knew/new to be unquestionably, perfect, for plumbing: copper. That darned contractor of theirs/theirs gave me every argument, to fight me on that choice of copper, even being so bold, to tell me, a woman |what could a woman possible know about plumbing, e.g. copper pipe|, that the use of copper piping in Florida, in the good ol’ USA/usa, was not advisable, was not a good viable solution to ‘Florida plumbing’, due to the humidity, etc. bs I had the right to pick the material, as per what I had read at that time, and I wanted copper, and I would not settle for anything else, so I was supposed to get copper, and the job was to be done right, right? well, I’ve come a long way from those days of old. At that time, I didn’t recall Ed Sullivan going after the insurance industry, specifically, allstate insurance, |not given the name, butt/butt saying as he cupped his hands together, “you’re in good hands with this company, so I am told”, and as a kid, even I knew the company he was tell’n aboat/aboat. What did I do wrong, witch/vich/-^- I wood/wood do differently? I wood/wood not have used their/their contractor to do the work. I should have gotten my own plumber, witch/vich/-^- I could have gone back to/2, in the case of a problem, in the future. E.g. improperly installed, sub-standard materials used, whatever. So, obviously, I did use their/their contractor, -ouch- a miss-take/mistake. Yesssss, I gots me problem(s). First, I, and now, as per yer inside reporter, u’all need to realize, they/they, is out to save the insurance/manufacturer co. the losers of the class-action lawsuit, of the gray plumbing pipe, witch/vich/-^- was sub-standard so they lost, and still, they were out to save their/their company money, so I got cheated, and y’all may too/2, iffin ya use their/their contractor. This brings me to yet another insurance claim of mine, in witch/vich/-^- I have proved aarp-foremost insurance- farmers insurance-travellers insurance-insurance insurance in the good old USA/usa, is in fact, the same scumbags-douchebags- pm harpee conservative jewish mob, controlled by israel-russia, and I want to elaborate further on sub-standard materials: roofing, specifically. Since I had every intention to sue -aarp-foremost-farmers- & lucky luciano’s relative, sent to me, bye/bye them/them, for not replacing my roof, for not repairing my Florida room, so I proceeded to get some estimates of the most urgent part of the repairs |temporary repairs were made|, and in doing so, I happened upon a great company, witch/vich/-^-, as per them, I was told, ain’t on the insurance list of approved contractors. Well, to/2 hell with that! Tough/tough! The reason why this company isn’t on the -approved contractors/materials insurance list- is because it is good material, and it is a permanent fix, and a further temporary fix, |thusly, I’d b faced with future problems with sub-standard/temporary fix’n| ain’t what I wanted. Here’s the company, and having a look at their material, and the way they were going to replace my beyond repair roof: Oooo, and noooo, they were not the most expensive estimate, but in my expert opinion, having dealt with roofing issues/contractors/supplies/etc. |my many homes, my many apartment rentals, my many housing rentals, as per my lost investment properties, all thanks to dominion of canada insurance co. and the rest of the insurance racket, watching PBS’ |0933AM| Hometime, This Old House, etc. type shows, the repair books I have/had, etc.| , but/butt time has pass, since my claim has been denied bye -aarp-foremost-farmers- |aarp, a contracting company for many categories of insurance, e.g. health, auto, home, etc.|, I wood/wood, say, this company’s solution to repairing roofs, is excellent, and iffin ya got bamboozeled & forced into taking a sub-standard roof, witch/vich/-^- was forced onto ya’all, bye/bye yer insurance company, as per yer claim(s), ya might wanna, get this roof, instead, thus: class action lawsuits, against the insurance racket, worldwide; I wood/wood imagine, the price may have gone up since my quote, but, I have their price, and I’ll present it, as being very reasonable for the entire roof, over my mobilehome. Company: AMS 1.800.226.1334, AMSOFFLA.COM rep: KRISTOFFER WEGNER, Area Manager. He brought a section of the roofing to/2 show me, and it not only was good material, but/butt, it had a good insulation factor. {Oooo, all my contractors, providing me with written quotes, after inspecting the damaged roof, witch/vich/-^- -aarp-foremost-farmers’ insurance companies- denied me, did say & stated, [and it was in their expert opinions], the roof was damaged beyond repair too/2. 1) use a membrane as a great, quick, but, temporary repair, then, 2) use a permanent roofing replacement, as is AMS’ roofing.} I can, can, c/see/sea some more, class-action lawsuits, a coming their/their way |insurance racket|. $7032.22 total roof estimated by/bye AMS, on June 15, 2013, to use their Weather-Lok Roof Over {note: a roof over, not a rip it out, so that’s very good too/2} System on the main home, laundry, screen room & carport due to the lifting of the roof & damages of the roof. [it was caused by a hurricane the previous summer, documented by/bye, and witnessed by, a third party pro, my real estate agent at that time, cause I had this place up forsale/ 4 sail. Another reason why ya wanna get yer own contractor, vs the insurance company’s contractor(s), is to make sure the job is up to code, and beyond the code, as per the independent contractor, of yer choice, to fix yer stuff, unless ya don’t care/care. VERSES a membrane type, rubber roof, witch/vich/-^-, I see as a great, but/butt, temporary fix!
