(Bing Dictionary) When it is said without action to solidify its depth or with an action that intimidates, bullies, devalues, degrades, or silences...it shows a severe lack of character, respect, & proper focus. True appreciation ignites the spirit, builds up, & inspires others. Pseudo Appreciation tears down, creates a culture of power over...not power with. For when a culture of appreciation exist...the positive ripples are endless, significant & powerful. Chick-Fil-A employees always say, My Pleasure. Wonder how successful they would be if they spit in your face when they did it....had a grumpy tone....slammed your tray down? You will know a tree by its fruit. Thinking....Onward & Upward!
