We Are Hiring!!!!! Full time Chiropractic Clinical Wellness Assistant for Dr. Jenna Daviss practice! About the Ideal Candidate: Candidate should be a naturally high energy, extremely social, outgoing, well spoken, detail oriented, wellness minded individual who is passionate about patient care and enjoys educating patients on health and wellness. We are a large multidisciplinary clinic but the successful candidate’s primary focus will be on the family wellness chiropractic practice. Candidate must be comfortable with actively participating in taking notes for the doctor, vitals, new practice member intake, examination/re-examination participation, having hands on contact with the patients, appointment scheduling, monitoring doctor’s speaking/travel schedules and assisting doctor in day to day operations as needed. They must have a high understanding in the value of chiropractic and patient education. The successful candidate must be a team player, highly motivated to learn primary role as well as secondary and tertiary roles. Must be computer savvy and have excellent communication and organizational skills. A background in patient care or customer service required. Some outside training, occasional travel to assist Doctor at speaking engagements and events is necessary. We will train on the procedures, you just bring the energy, smile and customer service skills. Job requirements: Great communication (oral and written) skills Comfortable with infants and children Computer savvy (including but not limited to Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, Excel, imovie/movie gallery/iDVD a plus) Good with numbers Post-secondary education is a plus Chiropractic experience preferred Great phone skills Quick learner for computer and technology products Highly organized and think outside the box Marketing experience an asset Solution driven Ability to travel within North America Early mornings, later evening and some weekend hours Eager to learn and grow If you feel you are a good fit for this position please forward a current CV to wellnessassistantresume@gmail.
