‘We Chant with Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji - For Global Peace and Happiness At MMRDA grounds, Mumbai, 11 January 2015 #SriSriInMumbai #SriSri Very good, very very good...first in english...then hindi… You know scientists have been talking about the Butterfly effect. If in south america, a butterfly flutters its wings, it has an effect on clouds hovering over China...So if we sit and do Chanting, it has impact on the universe bcz we are an integral part of the universe..Usually ppl question it how can my chanting affect the universe or any other place..did u see how when rock music is played and how Om Namah Shivay chanting is done, water crystals are impacted and perfection in the microcosm brings perfection in macrocosm..Today world is caught in terror, fear,anger, depression, anxiety,stress,tension.. So it is time we invoke positive vibration..we are 3 million ppl are chanting today, it will def have an impact on the world consciousness..today 1 mln ppl in paris have stood up against violence in terrorism, today we all will chant for the whole planet.evn if 1 part of the globe is in darkness, the world cannot be a safe place. evn if one country has -ve vibration, we cannot have peace. this chanting will impact on a subtle way.everthing that we do is a thought then we act, So how does thought arise? It is nothing but an impulse of energy and intelligence...if there is positivity, you get positive thoughts and if there is negativity, you get negative thoughts. There is a story about Vikramaditya , it’s an actual incident..there was a big garden, lots of fruits and vegetables, very green and fertile, ppl would want to go there and take fruits. It also had a gardener and would go on top of the mount and come and invite everyone to his garden to come and taken things. But when ppl would come, he will chase them away and fight with them? ppl got very confused with his behavior. One scholar said see what’s there on that mount. when they dug, they found the throne of Vikramaditya. hence keep positive vibrations. it affects thinking, vibration..so when few of us chant, it sends positive vibrations in the atmosphere. it changes from darkness to light...we are going to create what is called adrishya in sanskrit, kar ek sthaan aur kriya aur kaal ka visheshta hai. First chant - satyam Param Dhimahi- Let my intellect get soaked into the universal truth and energy second chant - Om namoh narayana Every particle is electricity but it is like only in the bulb..elec is in the wire but light comes only thru the bulb..this is what is narayana tatva..hum narayana ko jagaayenge.. there’s a new wave in the country, a transition...in governance, in religion, and even fraudulent babas have come to light. It is imp to have integrity to create societal faith..religion is a very imp sector in that..when corruption is removed and direction is shown, then our nation will definitely excel and progress..this will happen.. So let’s chant… 4 pillars - faith based organisations, politics/governance, business community and media..all these 4 pillars have to be strengthened and freed to work in collaboration, then progress of society is definite... Guruji asked us to chant everyday…”humara sukhsham jagat ke saath taalmail bathne lagta hai--we get access to the subtle universe..” Kuchh toh baat hai, joh har saal mujhe makar shakranti par bula lete ho...in this time, you exchange sesame seeds and jaggery, then you day, sweet speak..in jan 2nd week..during this time I land up in Maharashtra..tomr 5000 flutists are going to play together one one stage in Nashik..it’ll be a world record...5000 yrs back, a flute played, aaj bhi uska naad chal raha hai….fir maharasthra se chalen, woh bhi Nashik se..this is a unique collaboration and cooperation..tomr is the live telecast,no?! These days I read about them practicing in the newspapers...Baasuri bhi kabhi besura nahin hota..we all are like a flute only..empty...let’s get hollow and empty just like a flute…. Get sweetness into your life..you get strength in today’s chanting..do it everyday, of any religion...it will have many benefits - your mind will be at peace, health will get better, there will be sweetness in behaviour and your communication with people with get better, your relations will improve… Should we take any questions now? Is there a need? You know,When hearts blossom, all questions melt away...so let’s convert all questions into wonder..take life in a new directions and move forward in life with Seva, Sadhna and Satsang..
