We MAY have a winner! In our last episode, Rocky and I were looking at a house on 1/2 acre in Auburn. Even though the house was ugly, I was starting to get really excited about all the wildlife in the towering trees and all the space for blueberries and.... And then the real estate guy called to say that the Auburn house was already sold and they just didnt get around to taking it off the website. I cant stand it. HOWEVER, said the happy real estate guy, the people with the house in Kent have decided they want to sell it to you. Okay, backtrack to the LAST house I was crazy about --- the pretty yellow house by the railroad tracks that has a large enough level space in back that the ZAP gang could come over and have fun runs. Remember that one? Dont breathe or anything yet, but THATS what he was talking about. Rocky says it will probably take $20,000 just to put it in good enough shape to move into. There are still legal things that have to be done before this is REAL. Stay tuned. Meanwhile, Raven is packing her puppy blankets.
