Tân An, Tp. Buôn Ma Thuột, Daklak KEY ROLE: • To formulate, drive and implement marketing strategies, plans and programs for promoting Metro Vietnam as brand and in meeting customer needs, thereby enhancing Metro Vietnam competitive position in meeting business and profits objectives. • To manage all customers related activities and actions to the greatest benefit of the store in line with the company customer strategy • To implement all promotional activities and sales tools in a coordinated fashion following the instruction and calendar from head office field operations. • Safeguard the correct customer information is kept and maintained in the system • To control and coach the customer manager team and the field operations support team for one store, with the clear aim of optimizing turn over, share of wallet, and margin development • To implement and execute TGM activities successful for his/her store • To increase sales, margin, and frequency for all the customer portfolios s/he is responsible for throughout the year • S/he will interface between the field operations and the other departments in the store and also interface with head office • Monitors and handles weekly and monthly reporting based on predefined formats, with the aim to optimize the output performance of his direct and indirect reports • Monitors and takes action on credit limit and outstanding credit amounts of all credit agreements within the store scope. • Co-ordination on customer specific needs, interface with other floor managers and sales specialists in the store team to optimize customer service levels. • Actively develop contacts through participation in associations, events, and other branch related activities PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Skills •Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications, preferably in Business, Economic or related discipline (Business and Marketing related subjects). • Training and coaching skills • Communication skills in both English and Vietnamese • Traveling if needed. 2. Experience • Minimum 3-5 years experience at middle or senior managerial level in Sales/Marketing Management or Brand Management. • Previous experience in Retail/Wholesale Trade or Leading FMCG Manufacturer. 3.
