Just to clear up an apparent rumor apparently I mention rising food cost and utilities this winter which was translated into we are closing, I assure you we are not closing. The opposite is that I am working in two other businesses to enhance Mira and soften the growing cost of running a type of business that already has low profit margin to a way to make it easier. The restaurant business is one of passion and love especially fine dining. It looks because of prices that fine dining must make the most when in truth it is very rare to get the standard food cost calculation in fine dining, it is 10 percent higher. We learn to be creative. With all the mouths to feed in my house and having employees I would like to pay more I opted to put some energy into some other endeavours to supplement and grow the restaurant, Like any human I get tired of it some days and this winter was challenging at best for EVERYONE. If anyone did not feel it they are lucky. I have a a very large house and a whole lotta kiddos so I had to change with the times and learn new tricks. If I decide to put it on the market at some point it is to have a choice, everything is for sale for the right price. If I ever market it we will run it until it sells and it would have to be a whole lot of money and I would have to be making lots in my B business and that will take a few years so no worries. You are hearing this from the horses mouth as you will if we close, my heart is on my sleeve and always will be. It is my mission a long with others in this business to support and help one another, we just need to get things rolling. Ok we need 8 for four thousand so give me that today will you??
