We absolutely bought out Shoprite today! So many lovely meals planned for the next couple of weeks. Of course, the ultimate irony is that after spending all that money, were ordering dinner in tonight - Im too tired to cook!!! But tomorrow will be a cooking day. Going to roast a turkey, minus the legs and wings, which Ill throw into the pot of chicken/turkey soup Ill also be making. Maybe Ill even make some chopped liver. But thats all planned for tomorrow. Today, I did enough! Dont know how I ever made these huge supermarket trips without Tony. Now, just the thought of doing it alone is exhausting!
