We admit we dont always get it right first time however we will ALWAYS keep going until our customers are happy. As an example in this instance we recently made a ring based on a description provided by the customer from a ring they had seen. They needed it within a quick time frame. The result wasnt quite right (picture 1), so we made changes until it was just right (picture 2). Customer satisfaction is our priority at Hunter Jewellers.
