We all go through trials and tribulations, even consequences of our own wrong choices. What I think is critical for us to have the best chance of getting through tough times is to consistently read Gods Word, talk to God and allow Him to get you through very difficult times. I personally need His Word in my life daily, I really enjoy worship/praise music that feeds my soul, I enjoy solid bible teachings and devotional reading as well. This is not for me to feel or appear to others to be spiritual strong, rather it is a must for me to BE spiritual strong!
