We all have an inner monster inside of us waiting to feed off of fear and insecurities that grow like a wild fire with the more energy and repetition we give to it. This is also called the EGO... Your humanness. The only way to be freed of this monster is to starve it by not participating with its request for suffering. Instead, feed the Soul with love and light and enjoy the beauty that is right in front of you. Hope this helps.
