We all should be aware that we are beautiful. Society today degrades that real beauty of a person with false ads and putting the idea into your head that you are not beautiful. You let this happening without even knowing it. You watch ads and see a woman with the perfect skin which has no pores, is the perfect color, and she has no scars. You see men with postures that scream masculinity, with wash board abs, who is skinny and a giant bulge. Women destroy there sense of self image and self confidence and degrade themselves. Men are looked down upon if they express their feelings. They are called weak because they cry or care to much about others. Well no more. Wake up and tell yourself your beautiful. Enjoy the little things and be thankful for them. Your partner or a partner shouldnt like or love you for your outer appearance but the inner appearance of your soul.
