We are a start-up that proudly supports our local farmers year round. We directly source as much as possible. Its amazing how much of our menu can be supplied locally and rotating your diet with the seasons has immense health benefits. Every season offers its virtues and we take full advantage. Winter Moon Roots out of Hadley MA has been absolutely killing it this season and is yet another reason why your Daily Jar carrot and beet juices taste incredible. Winter Moon Roots are nutrient dense and from some of the best soil in the Pioneer Valley. Find them and other excellent farms at your local Winter farmers markets (as well as us! :) Our efforts are paid forward in the support we get back from our local communities here in Mass. Its a no brainer; Find the good soil, find the good peoples, eat from their farms, support their hard work = feel amazing....because you are.
