We are against the POA mismanagement of our money and the ridiculously high salary of some, especially the General Manager which for 2012 was $131,417 (excluding Non-Taxable Benefits of $30,792) which is $44,527 dollars more than the Governor of Arkansas 2013 salary of $86,890. Really! How can we justify the POA General Manager making $44,000 more than the Governor of Arkansas. The functions & responsibilities of the General Manager & the Treasurer do not justify their salaries. Lets have a vote to re-align the POA General Manager salary so that it should not exceed that of the Mayor of Bella Vista and the salary of the POA Treasurer shall not exceed 90 percent of that of the General Manager. Now that sounds fair & reasonable, wouldnt you agree?
