We learn and we move on without judgment. - don Miguel Ruiz I was talking to my wonderful new chiropractor Dr. Lexi yesterday, who is very tapped in and aware. Ive been working on lettting go of the armoring thats been going on in my body, in response to the difficult and traumatic experiences that I moved through last year. Talking about it to her I could sense that I had some subtle judgment about it, especially about how much wine I drank and my workaholic tendencies at the time. She gently and wisely reminded me that I was doing the best that I could at the time. She created the space for me to LET GO of the self-judgment that I didnt even know I was carrying. It was just a small thing, but it was very powerful. Today in the new moon window, I invite you all to do the same. We are doing the best we can, and it is enough. Namaste & blessings.
