We are all familiar with the bible passage that says Give, and it - TopicsExpress

We are all familiar with the bible passage that says Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. (Luke 6:38), many of us love it that it has become a song on our lips knowing that it is filled with blessing but so careless to acknowledge that as every coin has two sides, so also do this passage has much curse as it has blessing. Dont get me wrongly but did the passage tell you what multiplies when you give it or did it tell you who you have to give to get your desired multiplication, the answer is a plain, simple and big NO; which means any and everything you give to anyone will be given back to you multiplied. You might say this sounds good and that you didnt see any curse in that, permit me to ask you, what are you giving? An average man gives things that they dont want others to give them back (things like; pain, disappointment, hatred, sorrow, heartbreak, lose, sickness, poverty, lack, lies, death, ...), if the passage is true (which it obviously is), then they shall recieve all these back in quantity described as good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, which will last even to their fourth generation. And the funniest part of it is that this huge quantity of what we have given shall men (not man) give back unto our bosom. No wonder we were warned to always do unto others what we want them to do unto us, and another will say that what goes around comes around, gravitational law also points to the fact that what goes up must surely come down. My advice is that we should be carefull of what we do to others because like a sown seed, all it will take is time but come what may, in its time, it must definately yield its fruits.
