We are all pre-determined to our ancestral DNA to have a certain outcome in life. For some, breasts cancer runs in the family, others, diabetes, heart disease is a hereditary upset as well. But it has been scientifically proven that one can change their DNA. I changed mine. It was about 15 years ago that I chose to take a leap of faith into myself. I was riddled with health issues, ulcers, hashimotos, gastrointestinal issues, chronic constipation, debilitating gas, infertility, headaches, I even had a hole in my lung and was told that i was certain to have heart disease. And I believed it.... Until I didnt. I did a detox. A cleanse, A life changing clean yourself out. Whatever you want to call it, it was the first time, I believed that I can heal myself . It was a lot easier than I thought, but I do remember the want.... the hunger... the curiosity of what was happening to my body. It was just a cleanse. 7 days of juices and raw soups. Then I did it again. And I had a lot of questions. I started digging in deeper to the detox experience. I became addicted to the feeling of being clean and learning, and feeling parts of myself I didnt know existed. I watched my body change as my mind was shifting. I read somewhere that by cleansing your body with raw vibrant foods, after 2 years you can change your DNA So, thats what I did. I did cleanse after cleanse , after mind expanding detox . Until I no longer believed my ancestral outcome to be true. I healed myself of my ailments, and my emotional attachment to a story that was written for me. I changed my story. And you can to.
