We are always blessed but some days I just feel it more than others. Thanks to all my giving friends today I made Apple Blueberry Crisp (apples and blueberries given to me), homemade applesauce (apples given to me), Pumpkin Apple Pie (more apples!), muffin batter in the fridge to make blueberry muffins tomorrow (more blueberries!)and just finished making homemade noodles to go with the beef stroganoff for dinner(hubby made the stroganoff) with eggs that were given to me. And best of all we get to share it with Pauls dad who is here visiting with us for a week. Any way you look at it - Im blessed and I know it.
