We are back in GA after a great weekend visit home! It was such an answer to prayer to bring Brock back to Lakeland walking and talking.....wow! How great is our God truly! It did us all good. Now we REALLY miss home and Brock wants to get back to his friends more than ever. This is a hard road for him especially since he has practically no short term memory. But I must say I see it improving little by little each day. PTL. His biggest obstacles right now the short term memory loss and his balance and coordination. When I get the opportunities to slow down and just watch Brock, I reflect on what a miracle this young man is. What a road hes is having to travel. Some of the moments we have gotten with him have been the sweetest moments that I can remember in a long time. Theres times when its like taking your 15-year-old teenager back to a six-year-old innocence. So we focus and try to cherish those moments and not let fear enter our lives. Please continue to pray for Brocks healing and our family. Being home this weekend reminded us all how much we miss our family unit together. Your prayers have carried us through and are healing us all more than you know! Also thank you to all who have served in our armed forces! Happy Veterans Day! And SEMPER FI 🇺🇸
