We are booked through a travel agents, we are flying Dublin to Gatwick, Gatwick to Orlando and the same coming back, what was meant to be a 3hr stop over in Gatwick on the way home has increased to 6hrs, traveling through the night and then sitting in an airport for 6 hours to travel 40mins across the water with kids just screams stress to me.. I tried to get directs but when I went back to take the directs quoted the prices had jumped to crazy money so thats out the window.. My question is when I arrive at Gatwick are my bags sent straight for the other flight or can I get them? because I can book earlier flights from Gatwick to Dublin for the 4 of us with Ryanair for €180.00 total.
