We are bringing a 10 years old male Labrador into our care and he needs to be moved to his foster home this week. He needs to be moved from Abergavenny NP7 to Hook Hampshire RG29. Full route is B4521, A465, A40, A449, M4, A33, B3349 taking approx 2.5 hours driving time. Volunteers may know of another route which is fine. Monty needs to travel in a safe and secure manner. In a crate or behind a dog guard. Care to be taken when placing in and out of vehicles and passing between individuals incase he manages to break free. We have liability insurance in place but this is not valid if children or other animals travel in the same vehicle. If you are able to help with part of this journey could you please advise which day/s you are free and where you could meet up either side of your part. We can reimburse petrol costs. Please advise if you would like to claim this when making any offers. This run is urgent. We have been advised that Monty needs to come in this week.
