Prime opportunity to skip workouts and ditch your healthy dietary habits. When this occurs, most people are very unhappy after it has happened. Well, this year, make it a priority to hit your workouts FIRST, then attend whatever event you have scheduled. Its important to stay on track and take care of yourself and your healthy habits. Remember, its a healthy lifestyle and you can fit those parties into that. Try and schedule your events around your workouts, not the other way around!! Prioritize!!
