We are currently recruiting for Professional Trainers from all disciplines based in United Kingdom, Nigeria South Africa, and Dubai. This would be ideal for those who are in full-time employment and those who are looking for short-term contract positions. The ideal trainers must be able to devise training programs incorporating versatile material to suit the nature of business our clients operate in. Professional Qualifications: • A degree or a postgraduate qualification coupled with an accreditation or affiliation that allows you to be a certified trainer • Experience in a training officer role (or a similar personnel position) • You must be able to hold training seminars and conferences to small-medium sized groups and produce your own material for delegates. The ideal trainer must be able to demonstrate the following skills • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Being organised and methodical. • Excellent written and spoken communication skills. • Having time management skills. • Being able to inspire and motivate a team. • Having understanding on how people learn. • Being a good listener. • Being creative and proactive. • Having interest in helping people to develop their skills.
