We are currently seeking a person to hold the position of family member for the Advisory Committee on the Need for Services for Individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing for the KY Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental, and Intellectual Disabilities. According to KRS 210.031, the candidate “shall be a family member of a deaf or hard-of-hearing consumer of mental health services.” S/he will serve a three year term that includes four meetings per year in Frankfort. Meetings are the third Wednesday of the month from 12:30-3:30 in February, May, August, and November. Travel reimbursement will be provided.
