We are currently working on the assumption that wider groupings cannot be locked into a pre-specified position and set of directions by means of the location of smaller groupings. In order for this set of assumptions to produce a functional model we need to hold that there is no such thing as a wider circle, of some sort of spiritual or ethical relevance due, for example, to issues of resonance. Smaller groupings can, however, be locked into position, effectively, by wider and larger groupings; this is just how society ordinarily works. This model provides a clear enough outline as to how life and society operate would work if larger sociohistorical directions were not formulated according to a very precise and specific representation of the Grand Heavenly Harmony. This is perhaps more clearly understandable in the context of the existence of Shambhala where you have an extremely ethical head-of-command, and hierarchy under him, who nevertheless still structure things like war and economic crises as an accurate, and necessary, expression and reflection of that Harmony; not just because they feel like oppressing people, and arranging for large numbers of them to be killed, for example. However, positive occurrences are also an expression and reflection of that Harmony. Therefore conclusions can be drawn with relation to both Greece and Germany (as a result of the location of the Naga and Aryans). In due course we expect this system to provide a decent level of capacity, and the fulfillment thereof, inclusive of the actual mainstream social picture of lived daily life. A lower denominator has already been fulfilled: that is part of the reason that a lower position in hierarchy relative to the previous Seijuro Order command structure was taken; it is no longer possible to hide in that lower level whilst according the higher level to spiritual, yet not material, ability and progress. So we do want, and in fact it is required that, the represented set of directions do actually involve a real enough set of challenges and representations commensurate to the actual ability present, thereby providing the real opportunity to learn ones lessons physically, in physical incarnation, as opposed to simply doing things that you could also do when dead. A society does usually benefit by accessing, developing and using the real talents of its citizens. However, when the threat and challenge that society faces is both great and significant then it becomes a necessity for them to draw on this form of wealth... or a matter of their own survival and that of their value structures and ways of life. This may occur according to a pre-defined and stipulated set of formats of formal participation. As regards two generations back along the German side, well, if you do not fulfill whilst here, the balance, then you fulfill once no longer here, the balance, but you do fulfill and thus there is real equality to the relationship - via the effect by descent on the next generation - and thus also the degree of near-perfect balance required to contain the stress and force levels applied to my own genetic structure is accomplished via the only routing options which it can, in practice, take for itself... thereby resulting in the balancing of the Greek and German positions, and influences, on the world stage. Then Germany and Britain figure out how to get a lot of that into manifested system expression. In time, please. Specifically as regards the middle generation. Yes, I cannot see it much either, but we should recall that who we are dealing with here is in fact the reincarnation of the man who gave the Dalai Lama his title and position: Genghis Khan; that should find some relevance within German hierarchy at least. The degree and relevance of the influence can be more easily understood via my own position and the ninpo paradigm. It would be quite unfortunate to have degraded since number two and then enter number three on that basis; especially as another option is now there. Sorry that you do not more fully understand factors which are not properly speaking the responsibility or domain of influence of your own realm, in the sense of density and octave. Going into lots of tiny details does not actually enhance your understanding where such factors are concerned. Detached, measured, a slow enough pace: very much like the condition described by Aristotle in his outline of the qualities of the Magnificent Man; which I would add has been almost wholly misunderstood by more modern commentators - you are harmonizing on a particular density environment, and condition, and assuming control over it into your own being. Some self-mastery is called for when in such a personal condition; it is not all about manners, socializing and being conventional.
