We are delighted to inform you about an upcoming “GNH Facilitator Training Program” to be held from September 14 to 26 in Bhutan. This is an international training program designed for those wishing to learn from Bhutan’s experience of GNH (Gross National Happiness) and to adapt and implement GNH-related programs and initiatives in their own country or context. The Program will offer an optional 5-day Learning Journey to Bumthang (Sept 14-18th), a beautiful, sacred area in Central Bhutan, and future site of the GNH Centre. Here, participants will be able to experience a deep immersion into the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of the country, and to engage with young people participating in a GNH Center youth camp. This will be followed by the 7-day Training Program (Sept 20-26th) in Paro, Bhutan. The program is designed to be as interactive and experiential as possible, exposing participants to a broad range of GNH domains (e.g. environment, health, education, community vitality, cultural diversity, time use, psychological wellbeing) through the program content and delivery.
