We are each born a completely unique person. There is never going to be another you in this Universe as long as it is in existence. This is a huge responsibility if you think about it. We all know this somewhere deep inside and I believe we all want to be seen and experienced for our uniqueness giving us a desire to express who we are to others. We largely get to choose how impact our worlds. We get to choose what types of thoughts we think, what types of thoughts we project onto others. We get to be creative in how we live, learn, love and matter. Being the only one of you takes discipline and responsibility. It takes loving yourself everyday, even when that is hard. It takes interrupting your negative thought patterns over and over until they finally start to shift. You can also choose to be committed to negativity and spewing your convincing stories of why you are more unique than other people in how awful life is. That story can be so addicting that it is real and somehow you are not responsible for it. It is really up to you how you uniquely want to experience life and be experienced by others. We have an inner self that can be touched upon at any time and this inner force is much stronger than a negative mind and it will propel you towards the experiences you want to be, do and have. Never waste your life entertaining stories of negativity. No matter what kind of work it may take from you, see the good, live the good, work hard and learn to find your way to self-mastery.
