We are excited to announce the launch of the SchoolForce Student and Parent Portal to all families at Richard Wright PCS. Through your student’s individualized Portal website, you will have real-time access to your student’s performance metrics, as well as attendance and behavior data, current and past assignments, and important notifications from his or her teachers and/or the school. You should be receiving an email today with your login credentials. We are eager to give you a whole new window of insight into your student’s education and time at school, and understand that with this new information many questions may arise. Listed below are a few FAQs here to help get you started with this exciting and powerful new tool. Your Portal Address (you will use this link to log-into the Portal): rwpcs.force How do I get into the system? You will receive 2 emails from Salesforce. The first will have a link taking you to your Portal. The second will contain your username and temporary password. Please follow the instructions in these emails to log in to your personalized portal and be sure to save your link as a “bookmark.” What if I don’t get an email with login information? Check your spam folder. If you still don’t find an email with login information, contact Randi Glover at [email protected] or Alisha Roberts at [email protected] . How many people can login to view my student’s Portal? There is one username and password for each student. Each username has one email address associated with it and can only be viewed by members of your family with access to the password you set up at the time of your first log-in. If you have multiple students, you will have multiple log ins. Once you receive your login information, please take some time to become familiar with the Portal and its component in order to interact with your student’s educational experience. Thanks
