We are excited to have a new partnership with the Boys and Girls - TopicsExpress

We are excited to have a new partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of Ruston this summer-- a five-day arts camp for thirty-five Boys and Girls Club students, incorporating music, visual art and drama. The camps will be free for the students, and will be taught by: James Waller, Director at Percussive Arts Institute of Ruston; Adrian Gipson, talented art teacher in Ouachita Parish; and Beckie Huckaby, English/Speech/Drama teacher at Cedar Creek. These wonderful teachers will be assisted by Boys and Girls Club staff and NCLAC volunteers. Thanks to Clay Hipp with First National Bank of Ruston and Tracy Calloway with Ruston Kiwanis Club, who provided a funding match in support of this free arts program. In addition, thank you to The Bridge Community Church, who is providing space for the camp to be held.
