We are feeling very proud to coach all of our amazing members after todays pairs Throwdown at Charge CrossFit! Lauren & Jenna placed second in the female comp and Frank & Lui placed third in the male comp. Sam & Jack and Maggie & Jenn also both made the top 5! But what we truly displayed was that CrossFit is not all about competition, it is but only a tiny modicum of what its all about. Our members are an amazingly supportive group who live and breathe every rep and every improvement with each other. Our community is stronger than ever and is growing all the time. Were incredibly proud of how you all handled yourselves today and upheld our strong name! Its amazing to see how you all held up against athletes whove been doing CrossFit for years, whereas most of you have only been doing it for weeks or at most, 6 months! Thanks to Ash and Kerry from Charge for their hospitality and we look forward to returning the favour next year. For all our awesome Turmoil crew, cant wait to see you all on Monday - you rock!
