We are finally going to start our Dinner Party with Jim Stacy Series in our Event Space upstairs. Heres how itll work, all spots will be reserved seats. It will be a prix fixe menu, with paired cocktails, wines, desserts and coffees to go with a 3-4 course meal. Youll be able to buy entire series tickets, or just a specific party that strikes your fancy. Nows heres the question we need you to answer... A. Would you like the series to explore cuisines geographically? example: Eat as a Malaysian, Northern Indian, Haitian or Peruvian would. B. Would you like the series to explore cuisines historically? example: Eat as an Ancient Roman, Native American, Colonial American, Victorian Upperclass etc. Or C. Would you like the series to explore American culinary trends since the Revolutionary War? example: The 1800s, The 1920s, The 1950s, The 1970s Let us know what you think....
