General Terms & Conditions Account size: $2K and above Returns PM: 5% to 25% Risk 10% to 25% (any time your 75 % equity is safe to withdraw) Sharing: 50:50 profit on returns (Individual investor) FIXED RETURNS: If you want fixed returns monthly, Quarterly & Annually meet personally with Fund Managers for proposal or speak to them over the phone. Agreement: An agreement will be signed between Client and Fund Manager : Terms and conditions as follows. Client will select the fund manager and sign the online application form 1. Fund Manager will approve the application 2. client will provide the ac no and password 3. It is acknowledged that the maximum risk on equity will be not more than 25% 4. Net profit will be shared 50:50 ratio. E.g. $10000 A/C turn into $12000, now profit is $2000, it will divided as $1000 to the client and $1000 to the fund Manager. 5. If the account becomes $9000, it means $1000 loss; on the month fund manger will get nothing and so as Client. It means only shared on net profit. 6. If unfortunately 25% lost, then client will be informed the same, if the client agrees to continue further, then he has to sign a new agreement as usual effective from that date and new equity. ADVANTAGE : 1. Clients can view their accounts at any point of time. 2.
