We are getting a continuous surge of energy now that has been going on since last Friday. It has not let up, it may manifest in many bizarre ways according to the person. You many feel too tired and sleep much more than normal, this morning you may have been hit with a massive anxiety attack , and you may have had nausea and trouble eating. There is a lot going on in the other realms right now , lower and higher. We are in the middle of all of this and feeling the energy from both places. Since the energy increased and has stayed increased for these past 6 to 7 days , I am saying we are now on a surge of energy coming in. I do not see it letting off any time soon. You may feel this as feeling spacey and not fully with it. Your body may feel too heavy now and this is because we are less and less in our actual 3D body and more now in our light body. Many people now feel the increase in shift frequency and yes it may feel uncomfortable because we have not adapted to it yet. Nature as I have been saying all along is a great way to adapt to these higher frequencies . We are in the process of making the jump as these days continue . The best thing is to stay calm and do not resist. Accept the new frequencies and dimensions as they come our way , this is why we are here at this time ♥ Love Diane
