We are going for a short weekend getaway. And, I am bringing my mini kitchen there! :P Finally get to use my Inayou cooker out of home! I will be cooking short grains rice with celery, carrot, sweet corns and minced pork in the cooker for her dinner and tomorrows lunch. I made two sets of the following: 2 oz short grains rice Carrot, finely diced and steamed for 5 minutes Minced pork, marinated with papaya and stir fried Sweet corns, fresh Celery, fresh and finely diced For brekkie: one mini container of fresh farm natural yogurt and cheerios (will get fresh fruits from morning buffet) Other snacks: Puffs, Sunmaid raisins, heinz teething biscuit Other tools: Two empty containers, one plastic plate, ice pack, cooler bag, environmental bag, dish washer, knife, spatula.. Etc (LOL!) For lunch, I have prepared for her stir fry egg noodles - garlic, celery, tomatoes and homemade chicken stock Byeeeee
