We are going to be having some coffee face offs. Same regions, Medium Roast vs Dark Roast. We started this week with the Paradise Blend. Next up will be the all new Yemen Matari. It has a Winey/Viscous feel in the mouth, with hints of Banana and Chocolate flavors (so the cuppers say). You guys be the judge. And dont let a Dark Roast sway you. This is a peculiar bean and how it roasts. Its considered a Dark Roast because of the temp its roasted at, however it has a Medium Roast color (I can show you samples of both roasts). So stop on in and try a cup (starting Thursday).
