We are hiring Great People! Rental Agent & Front Desk Elhart Collision & Car Rental is seeking an Awesome Customer Service Star for a fun, engaging and active part time position! You will greet and assist customers, and take incoming calls for the body shop and the rental department. You will walk around and inspect the rental vehicles as they go out and come in, notate gas levels and general condition of the vehicles. You will ready the rental fleet daily, clearing cars of snow if needed and shuttling customers to areas of the Elhart campus as requested. You will process work orders, insurance, contracts & payments for both departments and complete filing and data entry. Our best candidate is a multi-tasker who is willing to work outside in all weather conditions and also excel at the front desk. Applicants should be friendly & outgoing with previous customer service experience, and they should be able to work with minimal supervision. Experience with multi-line phones, word & excel is needed and any rental experience is a plus. Hours are Mondays 4:00pm-7:00pm, Tuesdays 1:00am-5:30pm & Wednesdays 7:30am-5:30pm.
