We are in need of prayer warriors once more. Good news-Shawns post-op checkup yesterday was very good. Bad news-the biopsy from the base of his skull is disseminated oligodendroglial-like leptomeningial tumor.This is a rarity in children and called a low grade brain tumor-stage 2. This tumor usually starts inside the skull and grows outward. In Shawns case there is no growth on the inside, but it;s on the outside and has spread down his spine. We wont know what any of this means for him until Friday when we see the oncologist at Brenners. Please keep this baby in your prayers-Im trusting in God for complete healing! After all, HE is the great physician!
