We are looking for 2 Customer Service Ambassador x 2 UP $2000 !!! (1 x Jurong, 1 x Changi South) RESPONSIBILITIES: Be a service ambassador to welcome customers making them feel very welcome. Be the first point of touch with customers and manage customers Interacting with the customers that visits the service center. Conduct customer survey, analyze and write simple survey report and on the survey conducted. Manage all cash transaction in the service center. Responsible for all collection and counting of daily takings and report update. Reception office must always be in a ‘clean and neat’ environment. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor. Requirements: Nitec & above Proficient Microsoft office skills. Possess good communication and writing skills. Able to compile customer survey and report Mandarin proficient as frequent liaising with Chinese speaking customers!! Additional Info: Salary: UP $2000 (depends on experiences) Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm Alternate Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm Transport provided as well!
