We are looking for an Auxiliary Nurse to join our tier 2 small animal practice covering 3 sites. Main purpose of role Assist with the day to day organisation of the practice with emphasis on providing a professional service to clients and their pets. Key Responsibilities - Ensure accurate records of all client and patient contact/information are kept at all times. - To work closely with the Senior Nurses and Vets to understand the commercial aspects of the surgery. - Assist with the administration of the practice when required. - Work with other members of the team to ensure that the practice and reception areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and are presentable at all times, tidying, sweeping, mopping where necessary. - Ensure maximum client satisfaction by responding to and anticipating client / colleague requirements in a friendly and efficient manner so providing a consistently high level of service. - Adherence to all Company policies and procedures. Skills and Knowledge: - Proven experience in customer service - Experience of working with and handling animals - Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Closing date for all applications is Friday, 14th November 2014.
