We are looking to do a HOMES WEST HOUSE SWAP. We are currently in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 2 toilets, large games room ( currently being used as master bedroom, nursery ), double brick with colourbond roof, freestanding home on large block, small low maintenance gardens. Large double drive with additional paved drive and lots of parking space out front, security grills to all windows and doors and a large internal store room off games room with security door. Gas heater in lounge area, fully fenced yard, large lounge room, seperate kitchen dinning, laundry has second toilet, wooden floors throughout ( except games and wet areas). currently being re painted throughout. The back yard is divided into 3 areas as follows; 1 - Large child safe area with synthetic grass, covered sand pit, cubby house, 7.1 x 3.6 meter games room, ( was going to be a teenage granny flat ) with a patio 5.2 x 3.1 meter over front sliding door. Fully fenced play area house games room sliding door opens into play area. 2 - General area for clothes line, large spa will take 8 people, fish pond, bbq, synyhetic grass with low maintenance garden, large shade trees cover these areas and attract a lot of native birds. 3 - Rear work shop 5.9 x 5.3 meter colour bond garage, with yard area about 4 x workshop size, this area is accessible from the rear street with double gates for cars and trailors. Shopping, Within 5 minuites from home There is the High Wycombe shops with coles, and a variety of other shops. there is also 3 other shopping centres that have iga, chemists hair dressers, fast food places ( a good variety ) High Wycombe hotel, local golf cource, tennis courts, footy club, sports club, lots of childrens play parks and open parks, skate parks ect. Within 10 minuites from home. There is supper iga, 3 delis, a national park, Belmont forum, Midland, Belmont aquatic centre, Kalamunda wet and wild, the boab hotel, volcano park, Belmont skate park, both domestic and international airports ( home IS NOT UNDER flight path ) all within a short distance. Public transport Buses at the end of the street going to and from Perth, Midland, Kallamunda and local high schools. We have lived here for 9 years and have realy enjoyed it, the neighbours are retirees and have to be the best i have ever had, we will only swap with someone that takes the neighbour policy seriously as we have a realy good friendship with our current neighbours and we want to keep it. WE ARE LOOKING FOR We would like to swap with someone from west Busselton, or as close as possible to be near family. We are looking for a 3 bed free standing house on a securely fenced block, age not a issue, wanting to move over the christmas period or there abouts.Or as long as it takes to sort out the red tape.
