We are majority and love our company=PROUD to be DELTA Flight attendants. Thats why we are working hard enough to negotiate then improving to have solid our work rules, affordable insurance, comparable pays, decent minimum rest as our pilots have. We were promised a few months ago, 20% profit sharing however, today, it shows down to 16%. This is another great example that why we need to have representative and negotiate with the company to gain mutual agreement and respect. Non Union means No Compromise.
