We are opening a craft beer bar and restaurant in Natchez, MS. The best way to describe the concept is simple, but tasty, comfort food that can be paired with some of the Souths best craft beers (Tin Roof, Abita, Lazy Magnolia, Lucky Town, etc). Some menu items that we would like to explore are burgers and sandwiches, multiple grilled cheese options, pizza, different types of mac and cheese, salads and appetizers. The items should have chefs personal spin, especially in the sauces. I have a vision for my restaurant and the ideal candidate is someone who is eager, energetic, and can bring the vision to life. Responsibilities and Requirements Create menu that can be paired with craft beer. Strong knowledge of craft beers is preferred. Capable of completing a thorough and accurate food cost analysis.
