We are passing along some information about traffic patterns for tomorrow. There is a traffic alert in downtown Scranton Thursday, September 18, 2014 for the funeral service of Corporal Bryon K. Dickson II from the Pennsylvania State Police. There will be parking restrictions from 6:30 am to 1:30 pm from the 100 block to the 1,100 block of Wyoming Avenue. The 300 and 400 blocks of Linden Street will also be closed during that time. No street parking is permitted in those areas of the city during that time. Drivers are asked to avoid this area of the downtown during the time mentioned above to minimize traffic congestion. Please keep Cpl. Dicksons family in your prayers.
